Essential oil from the aerial part of <i>Orchidantha vietnamica</i> K. Larsen and its antimicrobial activity

The hydro-distilled essential oil from the fresh aerial part of Orchidantha vietnamica K. Monoterpene hydrocarbons, sesquiterpenoids, diterpenes, carotenoids, others also detected this (< 3.00 O. showed antimicrobial activity against two pathogenic bacterial strains Escherichia coli ATCC 8739 Candida albicans 10231 with same MIC (Minimum Inhibitory Concentration) value 200 µg/mL.
